Shipping Policy
ReshamKeeda uses the service of the reputed courier service providers to provide shipping in almost all parts of India (depending on the courier vendor confirmation). We strive to ensure the on-time delivery of Domestic orders.
Estimated Time of Delivery
ReshmaKeeda tries their best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes about 5-7 days to deliver your product to your doorstep. There might be a delay in the deliveries sometimes due to:
- Flight Delays
- Bad Weather
- Political Disruption
- Any other Unforeseen Situations
- Festival Holiday
In such cases, our customer support team will get in touch with you and inform you via email/call/whatsapp. We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in the delivery. Also, the customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery. For all the prepaid orders, the customer will get their refund in their bank accounts as the orders get successfully cancelled.
Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.
Free Delivery & Cash on Delivery
Prepaid orders are eligible for free surface delivery PAN India. Cash on Delivery or COD is also available; however, to confirm the COD order, you need to pay at least 10% of the total order amount (e.g., if the order amount is 1500, 150 is payable in advance, and the rest, 1350, will be COD). The remaining 90% can be available as COD. This amount is demanded just to avoid any fraudulent orders and make sure acceptance of order at the time of delivery.
This step has been taken considering higher percentage of order cancellation once the order is placed and/or rejection at the time of delivery by COD customers.
Extra appropriate charges shall be applicable for air/prime shipping or 1-2 day priority deliveries.
